It's one of my hobbies to collect photos of Ayurvedic herbal plants.(creepers trees plants etc;) Many people today haven't seen them.I want to share them with you all.I hope to publish thousands more medicinal plants photos in future.ඖෂධ පැළෑටි හා ගස්වල පින්තූර එකතු කිරීම මගේ විනෝදාංශයකි.අද සමාජයේ බෙහෙත් පැළෑටි නොහදුනන අය බොහෝය.මෙහිදී ඔබට විවිධ බෙහෙත් පැළෑටි වල ඡායාරූප දැකගත හැකිය.දහස් ගණනක් ඡායාරූප මා එකතු කර ඇත ඒවා ඉදිරියේදී පළකරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමි.

ඉතා දිඟු කාලයක පටන් මා විසින් ගන්නා ලද ඡායාරූප දහස් ගණනක් අතුරින් තෝරාගත් ඡායාරූප මෙම පිටුවට ඇතුළත් කරමි. මෙහි පළකරන සියලුම ඡායාරූප අවට පරිසරයෙන් ලබාගත් ඒවාය.අන්තර්ජාලයෙන් ලබාගත් ඡායාරූප මෙම එකතුවේ නොමැත.මෙහි එන සමහර නාමයන් පළාතෙන් පළාතට වෙනස් විය හැකිය.

මෙහි දැක්වෙන සියලුම පැළෑටි,තෘණ, වැල්,මල් හා ගස් වර්ග බෙහෙත් සදහාම (මිනිසුන් හෝ සතුන් සඳහා ) පමණක් භාවිතා කරන ඒවා බවද සලකන්න.සෑම ගසක වැලක මලක,මුලක,පොත්තකම යම් යම් ලෙඩ සුවකරන ගුණයන් ඇත.එහෙත් ඒවා සියල්ලම බෙහෙත් පැළෑටි ලෙස නොසැලකේ.උදා: කරපිංචා ලෙඩ සුවකරයි.එහෙත් එය බෙහෙත් පැළෑටියක් ලෙස හදුන්වනු නොලැබේ.....එසේම කොස්,ගොරකා සියඹලා මෙන්ම විෂබීජ නසන පොල්තෙල් ලබාගන්නා පොල් ගසද බෙහෙත් පැළෑටියක් ලෙස නොසැලකේ.

එසේම මෙම පිටුවේ අරමුණ වඳවීගෙන යන ඖෂධ පැළෑටි හදුනාගැනීමට පහසු ලෙස පෙන්වා දී ඒවා රැකගැනීමයි.මෙහි පාඨකයන් මුලාවෙන තොරතුරු ඇතුලත්කර අනාගතයේ වෙළඳ දැන්වීම්

BLACK STONE (The stone that sucks venom) බෙහෙත් ගල

BLACK STONE

"Black stone" is a small stone used in the treatments for patients bitten by poisonous snakes.The physician places the stone over the bitten mark (wound) and it has to be attached to the place by itself.If not (in rare cases)the stone is tied on to the wound.After the poison has being sucked completely out from the body of the patient the stone detaches automatically.It may take hours to happen this.But the stone is not removed forcefully.When it is fallen it has to be soaked in breast-feed for detoxifying and then is ready to be used for next victim.

This stone is prepared with a Garnet.Garnet has to be polished and get heated in fire.This heated garnet has to be dropped in gravy of herbs.This is done on an evening of a Sunday at a correct auspicious time.

බෙහෙත් ගල

සර්පවෙදකමෙදී විෂ අද්දන ගල බෙහෙත් ගල වේ.මෙය ගරුඬ පාෂාණයක් සුමට කර ගින්නේ රත් කර,පේකල බෙහෙත් පැළෑටි යුෂ තුල බහා පනපොවා සකස්කරගනු ලැබේ.ගල සතා කෑ මුඛය මත තැබූ සැනින් ඇලෙයි.එසේ නොවුනහොත් පමණක් (කලාතුරකින් සිදුවෙයි)ගල තබා ගැට ගසනු ලබයි.විෂ සියල්ල ඇද ඉවරවූ පසුව ගල වැටෙයි.එම කාලය විෂට අනුව වෙනස්වේ.අයාශයකින් තොරව ගල වැටුණු පසු මවු කිරේ හොවා,ගලෙහි විෂ මරා ගනු ලබයි.
